Updates

I add new stock to the shop regularly and announce updates 24 hours beforehand on my blog and via Instagram, as well as in my newsletter, which you can sign up for on my blog. Please follow me there to keep abreast of what's coming to the shop! 

Payment and shipping

Prices are listed in pounds and payment is accepted via Paypal, allowing you to pay securely with a credit card, whether or not you have a Paypal account. Please contact me if you'd prefer to transfer funds directly.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment. Delivery within the UK is via first class post and to the rest of the world via airmail. 

Please note that these methods do not include tracking and insurance so, in the unlikely event that your order gets lost en route, it will not be trackable or insured. Please contact me before making a purchase if you prefer your order to be shipped via registered post with tracking and insurance.

Due to the limited nature of BigCartel's shipping calculator, the shipping rates given in the cart when purchasing two or more items should be taken as an approximate cost only and will likely be more than the true cost. Any excess in postage costs will be refunded once the order has been placed but please contact me if you'd like an accurate price. As a guide, depending on volume, a 500gm parcel sent by Royal Mail with tracking, signature and insurance for up to £100 value will cost £7.30 within the UK and £15.45 to the US. 

International buyers are responsible for custom duties, taxes and fees by their government or postal service.

Exchanges and returns 

Every effort is made to photograph items true to colour but differences in monitor settings mean that they may vary slightly from how you view them onscreen; feel free to contact me before making a purchase if you have any questions regarding colour.

It's important to me that you are happy with your purchase and I'm very happy to work with you on your selection, so please feel free to ask any questions you have before making your purchase! If you change your mind about your order and would like to exchange or return it, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it and note that you will be responsible for any postage charges incurred.

In case of product faults, please contact me within 14 business days of receiving your order to organise a replacement or refund.

Product care

The materials used in woollenflower products have been carefully selected for both comfort and durability. If cared for properly, this product should keep you warm and cosy for years.

To wash woollen items, soak for 30 minutes in tepid water with a squirt of wool wash added, then remove and replace the water to rinse clean. Remove excess water by rolling item in a towel and squeezing gently, then lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
